Cancellation Policy

At Underroute, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, you can:

  • Log in to your account and check the order section, if available
  • Contact our customer support at support@underroute.in or +91 82732 69996
  • Share your order ID, registered mobile number, and cancellation reason

Once the cancellation request is accepted, the order will be cancelled and the refund, if applicable, will be processed as per our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled from our side because it is already in transit with the courier partner. In such cases, you may:

  • Refuse delivery at the doorstep, where applicable
  • Accept the order and raise a return/exchange request as per our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of deliveries may result in restriction of future COD availability.

3. Cancellation After Delivery

An order cannot be cancelled after delivery. However, you may raise a return or exchange request if the product is eligible under our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation by Underroute

Underroute reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical error
  • Payment failure or payment verification issue
  • Address is incomplete, incorrect, or non-serviceable
  • Customer is unreachable for order confirmation
  • Order appears suspicious, fraudulent, or placed for resale/misuse
  • Courier service is not available for the delivery location
  • Any unavoidable operational or force majeure reason

If Underroute cancels a prepaid order, the full eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Charges

No cancellation charge will be applied when an order is cancelled before dispatch.

For orders already dispatched, cancellation may not be possible because the order is in transit. The customer may refuse delivery where applicable or raise a return/exchange request after delivery as per our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy. Underroute will not charge a reverse pickup, convenience, or return charge for eligible returns/exchanges.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after cancellation approval.

Actual credit to your account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or UPI provider.
