4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We accept payments through available payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment gateways, and Partial COD where available.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization, Partial COD advance payment, or order verification, as applicable.
5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted. Underroute reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Pricing or listing error
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Bulk buying or resale suspicion
- Operational or courier limitations
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Underroute, the eligible amount will be refunded.
6. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer or accepted by the customer/representative at the delivery location.
7. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and product warranty claims are governed by our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy. Underroute products carry a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to product condition and verification.
Underroute reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund requests if the product fails quality check, is used, damaged, altered, washed, missing tags, missing packaging, or returned outside the eligible window.
8. Offers, Discounts and Coupons
Offers, discounts, coupons, store credits, promotional codes, and sale benefits are subject to specific terms and validity.
Underroute reserves the right to modify, pause, cancel, or withdraw any offer without prior notice. Discounts cannot be clubbed unless specifically mentioned.
9. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, login credentials, OTPs, and passwords.
You agree to provide accurate and updated information. Underroute will not be responsible for loss or delay caused by incorrect account, address, contact, or payment details.

- Misuse of offers, coupons, returns, COD, or refunds

Underroute shall not be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, epidemics, courier disruption, government restrictions, cyberattacks, payment gateway failures, or supply chain issues.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month from receipt, as per applicable e-commerce guidelines.
