What sizes do Underroute shoes come in?
Men's sandals come in UK/India sizes 6–14 (most styles 6–11 or 6–13), men's formal shoes in 6–11, women's sandals in 3–9 and women's Chelsea boots in 3–8. Each product page lists its exact sizes.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your foot from heel to longest toe in centimetres and match it to our size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery takes 3–7 working days to metro and major cities and 5–10 working days to remote or non-metro areas.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery orders carry a COD charge of ₹49, shown at checkout. On some pin codes, partial COD applies: you pay ₹200 online in advance and the balance on delivery; the advance is adjusted against your order total. Prepaid orders have no COD charge and get an extra prepaid discount at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order ships. Courier updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with original packaging, tags, invoice and the Underroute loop tag intact. Reverse pickup is free on eligible orders. Read the full return policy.
How many times can I exchange for a different size?
One size exchange per order, subject to size availability and reverse-pickup service at your pin code.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned item reaches us and passes quality check. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method or as store credit; partial COD orders to your bank account or UPI, or as store credit.
I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos or video of the product and photos of the packaging to info@underroute.in.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before it is dispatched. Email info@underroute.in or call +91 82732 69996 with your order ID. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 working days. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return or exchange.
How should I care for my footwear?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid washing, soaking, harsh chemicals and direct heat or sunlight.
