At Underroute, we work with reliable logistics partners to deliver your orders safely and on time across serviceable pin codes in India.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
During sale events, new launches, festivals, public holidays, or high order volume periods, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Timeline
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within:
- 3–7 working days for metro and major cities
- 5–10 working days for remote or non-metro locations
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, customer location, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Underroute may offer free shipping, prepaid discounts, COD availability, or promotional shipping benefits from time to time. These offers may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at Underroute’s discretion.
4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
Underroute may offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD). For Partial COD orders, the customer must pay Rs. 200 in advance per order at the time of placing the order, and the remaining eligible amount will be payable at the time of delivery.
Partial COD availability depends on pin code serviceability, courier availability, order value, and our internal risk checks. Underroute reserves the right to disable Partial COD for certain locations, orders, customers, high-value purchases, repeated cancellations, or repeated delivery refusals.
The Rs. 200 advance amount will be adjusted against the total order value. Refunds for eligible cancelled or returned Partial COD orders will be processed as per the applicable refund terms.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the order tracking page.
Courier tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-shipping may be chargeable
- Partial COD may be disabled for future orders
- Refund, if applicable, may be processed as per our Cancellation Policy and Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
Please do not accept the package if it appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the package
- Photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing video, if available
This helps us verify the issue with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution.
8. Incorrect Address or Non-Serviceable Pin Code
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
Underroute is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, or return due to incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong phone number, unreachable customer, or non-serviceable pin code.
9. Invoice
All shipments will include or be accompanied by a tax invoice as required under applicable Indian tax laws.
10. Delay Beyond Our Control
Underroute will not be liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, weather conditions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, government restrictions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
